The Service offered ranges from pre to post-sales, with:
● Technical and commercial consultancy either online, via telephone or directly, with on-site inspections,
● Testing within MIX Laboratory,
● Scheduled inspections by the customer’s external Inspectors during machine assembly and final testing,
● Assistance during machine installation, start-up and final testing,
● Assistance for Scheduled and Unscheduled Maintenance.
So service doesn’t just end when the machine or part is delivered, but carries on during and after the warranty period. In actual fact, spare parts are still being guaranteed today for machines that were installed in the early nineties.
On site assistance is guaranteed by the International companies that MIX traditionally collaborates with, as well as Distributors of MIX products in several countries. This is a strategic task as today these Distributors are, for MIX, the first to receive the different demands from international markets, providing the stimulus for constant product development.
Through their extensive networks of agents across different areas, MIX Branches and Distributors contribute to ensuring efficient pre and post sales service.
